I got this app the other day and it's awesome! It's basically a school scheduler on steroids. It's especially helpful for those of us in college because you can pretty much copy over the dates of your test/exams/due dates/etc. onto it and it'll put it into a nice little calendar for you. Also you can sort assignments by due date, Course, and priority (you can mark each one low, normal, or high).
another wonderful thing for college people is that it allows you to save your teacher's office hours, email, and office number.
Another cool feature is the ability to sync with the Mac desktop app of it. The desktop app lets you save your grades and figure out your GPA, save group work partners contact info.
Overall, for 3 bucks it's a really useful app! I'm not completely sure if the desktop app is worth $10 but I like it.

I've been using Google Calendar, but the priority functionality of this app interests me.

For me being able to separate the asignments for each course is worth it for me. That and the office hours thing. I could probobly do it for free but the convenience of having it all in one app is worth it to me.

I usually set everything up separately, but I can see the draw of having most of the sorting already done. This is Mac-/iOS-only, right?

I can confirm that this app is worth the $13 dollars (10+3) or what ever the latest price is. Much better way to keep track of school than google cal or anyother program I have found. You can input a teacher and ta for each class as well as various sections for each class (such as lab and dicsussion or lecture). You can put exams seperately for each class (incase they are in at a different time/location from the normal class) and assignments are automatically color coded by class. There is lots more I'm not even touching on as it has been a while. Anyways great app for students.

iProcrastinate is also a good one.
But I don't enter any data into it for a long time.
